Lloyd Daniel "Danny" Price Sr., 65, of Pennington Gap went to be with the Lord on Saturday, December 28, 2024 at his residence.

Danny was born on November 30, 1959 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Emma Ruth Price and Edward Price. Danny was a loving father, grandfather, uncle, and friend.

Along with is parents he is preceded in death by his grandparents, Lloyd and Ruth Lanningham, step mother, Betty Price; brother, Jerry Price; brother in-laws, Robert Clyde Pennington, Ricky Pleasant, and Jimmy Ritchie; son in-law, Damon Wilson; daughter in-law, Cody Jacobs; and nephew, Jimmy Ritchie Jr.

Those left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Amanda Price of Dryden, VA; sons, Garrison Price and wife Jonda of Dayton, OH and Lloyd Price Jr also of Dayton, OH; sisters, Tonya Catron of Pennington Gap, VA, Teresa Webb and husband Rocky of Pennington Gap, VA, and Terry Ritchie of Jonesville, VA; 13 grandkids, 3 great grandkids, several nieces and nephews, 2 special brother in-laws, Thomas Pennington and Donnie Pennington; and special friend, Lisa Pennington.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, January 2, 2025 at Lee Memorial Gardens. Thomas Pennington, Donnie Pennington, Brad Pennington, Chris Newton, Rocky Webb, and Ralph Edgar will serve as pallbearers.
