Lisa Lynn Garrison Johnson age 47 of Pennington Gap, VA was born in Biloxi, MS on Sunday, June 2, 1968 and passed away Saturday, September 26, 2015 at the ARH Medical Center in Hazard, KY. She had been a Registered Nurse and was of the Baptist Faith. She was preceded in death by her daughter Stephanie Garrison, first husband John Garrison, step-father Burl Livesay, brother Pete Lawson and a sister Angela Lawson. Lisa is survived by her husband Allen Johnson of Pennington Gap, VA, one daughter Jonisa Garrison of Pennington Gap, VA, step-son Blake Johnson of Jonesville, VA, step-daughters Whitney Johnson and Sierra Johnson both of Pennington Gap, VA, her mother Alice Livesay of Jonesville, VA, her father Eddie Fleenor of Keokee, VA, a sister Allison Ayres of Jacksonville, NC and nieces and nephews Kenzie, Jacob and Tyler Shuler, Brandon and Ashley Sexton, Rance, Kristina and Matthew Garrison and Justin and Jamie Lawson also grandchildren Ameera, Conner and Kailyn. A funeral service will be held at 7:00 PM Monday, October 5, 2015 at the Province Funeral Home Sanctuary in Pennington Gap, VA. Visitation will be from 5:00 PM Monday until the time of the service. A graveside service will be at 11:00 AM Tuesday at Pennington Memorial Cemetery in Pennington Gap, VA. Family and friends are asked to meet at the funeral home at 10:00 AM Tuesday to go to the cemetery.
