Leviola Watkins age 63 of Pennington Gap, VA was born Sunday, April 5, 1953 in Cincinnati, OH and passed away Friday, December 23, 2016 at Ridgecrest Manor in Duffield, VA. She had worked for Flatwoods School and was a member of the Woodway Church of God. She was preceded in death by her daughter Julia Vanessa Scott and her father Arnold Carroll. Leviola is survived by her husband Carl Watkins of the home and her mother Lilly Mae Martin of Owassa, OK. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, December 27, 2016 at the Province Funeral Home Sanctuary in Pennington Gap, VA with Mark Tabor officiating.
