Leigh Ann Jones, 61, passed away December 11, 2024 due to complications of Progressive Supranuclear Palsy after a hard battle for 10 years. With the last 14 months being under hospice care and we are forever grateful for such wonderful care.

Leigh Ann was born on September 13, 1963 in Pikeville, Kentucky. She grew up in Knoxville, Tennessee where she resided until the last 6 months. She passed away with her loved ones by her side in Ewing, Virginia. Leigh Ann loved long care rides through Cades Cove with her family and grandkids. She also loved her Saturdays cheering on her Tennessee Vols. Her family appreciates the cards, calls, and visits she received from her long time friends and family until the very end. It put the most beautiful smile on her face.

She was preceded in death by her father, Davey Julian.

Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Ashleigh (Cody) Roberts; son, Nicholas Jones; sister, Stacie (Andy) Veach; grandchildren, Bentley Jones, Emily and Eleanor Roberts, and Noah and Nova Jones; nieces and nephews, Justin (Kristina) Beal, Tyler Beal, Miles (Andi) Veach, and Margaret Veach; great niece and nephew, Maggie and Archer Beal and friend, Sheri Akers and Lori Wyrick.

Per her wishes, she will be cremated and services will be held at a later date. Invitations will be sent out by the family.
