Obituary Kelli Christine (Russell) Holbrook age 37 of Keokee, VA was born September 21, 1984 and passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, October 13, 2021. She worked at Dairy Queen in Big Stone Gap, VA. She loved to read, cook, watch movies and crochet. She was preceded in death by her dad Edgar Russell. She is survived by her children Lily Garrett, Jamison Garrett, and Kolbie Garrett; her mother Debra Russell; her sister Chasity Carrera; nephews Camden Carrera, and Mason Carrera; niece Kinsley Carrera; many aunts, uncles and cousins.
