J Keith Middleton, 48, was born February 11, 1976 in Harlan, KY and went to be with the Lord on June 17, 2024 at his home in Jonesville, Virginia.

Keith was preceded in death by his mother, Diane Disney Middleton; grandparents, Fred and Susan Middleton, & Charles and Cleo Disney; father in law, Earl Murphy; his first wife, Anissa Morefield Middleton.

Keith is survived by his wife, Conswella Middleton; his father, Fred F Middleton Jr; one brother, Phillip Midddleton; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.

The family will receive friends Friday, June 21, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Pennington Gap Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow with Paul Davis Jr. Officiating. Committal services will follow at Pennington Memorial Cemetery. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
