Obituary Joyce Ann Tolliver Joyce Ann Tolliver, age 81 of Jonesville went home to be with the Lord, Jesus Christ on Saturday February 6, 2021 after a 30-year fight with Leukemia. She was born on July 31, 1939. Later in life she met the love of her life on May 15, 1959 on a blind date. They were married just a few months later on January 30, 1960 in the parsonage of Beacon Light Baptist Church in St Charles. For 61 years, Ernest (Ernie) always gave Joyce one red rose on their anniversary, telling her that she was the one and only for him. She was an amazing woman who loved her family and her church family. She was a proud member of First Baptist Church of St Charles. She is survived by her husband Ernest Tolliver Jr of Jonesville; Vicki Tolliver Preston (Scott) of Fairborn, Ohio; Mark Tolliver (Tammy) of Pennington Gap; Kristie Tolliver Koogler (Chris) of Bellbrook, Ohio; Seven grandchildren (Brian Tolliver, Sarah Grimes, Luke Grimes, Cieara Tolliver Davenport (Robbie), Colten Koogler, Colen Koogler and Corine Koogler). At the wishes of the family, Joyce will be cremated, and the celebration of life will be held at a later date in the Spring 2021.
