Obituary Joyce Taylor age 74 of St. Charles, VA was born April 18, 1945 in Lee County, VA and passed away March 29, 2022 at Norton Community Hospital. She was preceded in death by her parents Toy and Lily Vanzant, two sons Junior Barnette and Danny Burnette, one sister Darlene May, four brothers William Lee Vanzant, Virgil Vanzant, Frank Vanzant, and Everette Vanzant. Joyce is survived by her husband Billy Taylor of the home, two daughters Mary McDonald and Penny Bailey, one son Thomas Taylor and wife, Samantha, and many grandchildren. She is also survived by her step-sons Jimmy (Melissa) Taylor, Rick (Ashley) Taylor , Danny (Angie) Taylor, one sister Dorothy Bowman and one brother Ted Vanzant and wife, Barb. Burial will follow at Lee Memorial Gardens in Woodway, VA. Pall Bearers will be Stephen Taylor, Thomas Taylor, Jimmy Taylor, Chad Taylor, Danny Taylor and B.J. Smith.
