Joseph Lee Belcher, 54, of Pennington Gap, Virginia Passed from this life to the next on Wednesday, June 17, 2026 at Holston Valley Medical Center. Joseph was born on April 23, 1972 and resided in St Charles, Virginia during his childhood years.
Joseph was a coal miner during his early adult years, and later retired from long-haul trucking. Joseph was of the Christian faith and was a member of the Free Pentecostal Church of God at Pucketts Creek.
Joseph is preceded in death by his wife, Amanda Keltner Belcher; his daughter, Kayla Belcher; his mother, Lois Anne (Bowman) Hubbard; his father, Bobby Steve (Gene) Belcher, Sr.; his brother, Bobby Steve Belcher, Jr.; and an infant sister, Chanda Elwanda Belcher.
Those left to cherish his memory are his sons, Micah Mullins and Austin Belcher; his sisters, Ada (Belcher) Ewing and husband, Jimmy and Lindsay Nunley and husband, Michael; granddaughter, Isabella Zoey Brianne McDonald; 4 nieces; 6 nephews; 3 great-nieces; and 5 great-nephews.
Joseph was a kind and caring person; much loved by his family and friends. He will be greatly missed.
