Johnny Lee Mullins age 55 of Pennington Gap, VA was born Saturday, August 6, 1960 in Woodway, VA and passed away Thursday, August 20, 2015 at his home. He had formerly worked in the construction business building homes. He was preceded in death by his parents Buster and Mildred Jean Mullins, brothers Herman and Charlie Mullins and sisters Doris Turner and Irene Carlson. Johnny is survived by three sons Johnny Lee Mullins, Jr. of St Charles, VA, Dustin Mullins and wife, Jessica of Pennington Gap, VA and Conner Mullins of Dryden, VA, a daughter Kelly Fleenor of Pennington Gap, VA. He is also survived by his grandchildren Makayla Mullins and Jayden Mullins both of North Carolina, Gracie Ridings of St. Charles, VA, Logan Mullins of Dublin, VA, K.K. Fleenor, Hunter Harless, Chloe (Bug) Fleenor and Destiny (Bit) Fleenor all of Pennington Gap, VA. Brothers David Mullins of Winston Salem, NC, Steve Mullins of Indiana, Jessee Mullins of Winston Salem, NC, William Mullins of Dryden, VA and Danny Mullins of Indiana and two sisters Stella Whitley and Lisa Jackson both of Jonesville, VA. A funeral service will be held at 8:00 PM Wednesday, August 26, 2015 at the Province Funeral Home Sanctuary in Pennington Gap, VA with Rev. Leonard Lane and Paul Davis, Jr. officiating. Visitation will be from 6:00 PM Wednesday until the time of the service. A graveside service will be at 1:00 PM Thursday at the Silver Leaf Cemetery in Rose Hill, VA. Family and friends are asked to meet at the funeral home at 12:00 noon Thursday to go to the cemetery.
