Obituary John David Wynn went home to be with the Lord on the evening of Wednesday September 28, 2022 at the age of 75. John was born on March 25, 1947 in Pennington Gap, VA . He was a United States Army veteran of 2 years serving in the Vietnam War and was a farmer for most of his life which he enjoyed every minute of. He was also secretary of the Woodway Ruritan Club and Vice President of Virginia Farm Bureau for many years. He was preceded in death by his parents Auburn & Alveda Wynn. He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years Mary Wynn of the home, two sons John and David Wynn and April all of the home, two sisters Teresa Stokes of Northern Virginia and Vivian Wynn of Virginia. He also leaves behind four grandchildren whom he loved very much Michaela Collins, Rebecca Wynn, Jacob Wynn and Breeanna Whitt. Johns wishes were to be cremated with a service to be held at a later date.
