John Middleton's Obituary
John Wayne Middleton, 77, of Smith, KY went to be with the Lord on Sunday, March 15, 2026 in Hazard, Kentucky.
John was born on December 25, 1948 to the late John and Joyce Middleton.
He is survived by his 3 children.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, March 20, 2026, at 1:00 pm at Middleton Cemetery in Smith, Kentucky. Family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery by 12:45 pm.
John Wayne Middleton and his family are in the care of Pennington Gap Funeral Home.
