Obituary Joanne Ramsey Crumley, age 90, went home to be with the Lord on February 16, 2019. She was of the Holiness faith. She was preceded in death by her parents, Catron Ramsey and Mae Louthan Ramsey; husband Oral Crumley; sister Odell Seegraves; brothers Howard Ramsey and Leon Ramsey; grandson Richard Lucas Crumley. She is survived by her brother Kenneth Ramsey and wife, Imojean; daughter Sue Parsons and husband Will; sons Carl Crumley and wife Takako, Phillip Crumley and Lynn Crumley; eight grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Tuesday, February 19, 2019 in the Province Funeral Home Sanctuary in Jonesville, VA with Will Parsons officiating. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until time of services Tuesday. Burial will follow at the Crumley Family Cemetery, 110 Black Locust Rd. Pallbearers will be Will Parsons, Josh Parsons, Luke Parsons, Patrick Crumley, Joe Fleenor and Bryson Fleenor.
