1 Corinthians 15: 50-58

James Buford "JB" Robbins, age 71, of Dungannon, VA passed away Saturday, January 25, 2025. He was born October 8, 1953 in Lee County, VA a son of the late Buford and Margaret Robbins.

JB was a well known carpenter having worked for years with Hines & Hines Construction of Jonesville, VA

In addition to his parents, his is preceded in death by his wife Norma (2021), Grandson: Dennis James Allen, Niece: Stacey McCormick, Sister: Charlotte McCormick and a Brother: David Robbins.

Survivors include: Son: James (Jimmy) Robbins of Harrogate, TN 2 Daughters: Tina Allen and husband Dennis of Jonesville, VA and Tracie Dockery and husband Justin of Dungannon, VA 6 Grandchildren: Hannah Allen, Christian Robbins, Jessi Robbins, Cecil James "CJ" Allen, Hayden Dockery and Isabella "Bella" Dockery.

1 Sister: Linda Moore of Waldorph, Maryland, 2 Brothers: Ricky Robbins of Big Stone Gap, VA and Brian Robbins of Keokee, VA.

A host of great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews and other family along with many many friends also survive.

Funeral Services will be Wednesday, January 29, 2025 at 1PM in the chapel of the Powell Valley Funeral Home, 29521 Wilderness Road, Jonesville, VA with Pastor Greg Carmony officiating. Burial will follow in the Millers Chapel Cemetery. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 11 AM until the funeral hour.
