Inez Lambert Davis age 89 of Dot, VA was born Wednesday, November 30, 1927 in St. Charles, VA and passed away Friday, December 16, 2016 at the Seven Rivers Hospital in Crystal River, FL. She was a housewife and a loving mother and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her James C. Davis, mother Molly Lambert, father James Lambert, sister Sarah, Ruby, May, Margi and Vina, brothers Leonard and Bill. Inez is survived by her sons James Lucky Davis and wife, Norma of Pennington Gap, VA and Billy Joe Davis and wife, Diane of Painesville, OH, daughters Phyllis Raines of Madison, OH, Sandra Woorley of Homosassa, FL, Donna Davis of Church Hill, TN, Gwen Di-Santo of Painesville, OH, and Barbara Strange and husband, Bill of Rock Hill, SC. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM Friday, December 23, 2016 at Lee Memorial Gardens in Woodway, Va. Family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery at 12:45 Friday for the service.
