Obituary Ida Ann Blanton age 84 of Pennington Gap, VA was born Monday, June 17, 1935 in St. Charles, VA and passed away Wednesday, January 15, 2020 at Lee Health and Rehab Center in Pennington Gap. She was preceded in death by her husband Ernest Blanton, a daughter Ida Lorene Allen and a son Terry Lee Blanton, parents William and Bessie Taylor, siblings Roy Taylor, Ethel Collier, Mary Oliver, Ruby Taylor and twin brother David Taylor. Ida is survived by her son Willie Blanton and wife, Cindy, two daughters Marie Yeary and husband, Darrell, Karen Jones and husband, Tommy, 11 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren, two sisters Geneva McMahan and Gracie Smallwood. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until 12:30 PM Saturday, January 18, 2020 at Province Funeral Home in Jonesville, VA. A funeral service will be at 12:30 PM with Pastor George Flanary officiating.
