Obituary Henry "Hank" Dubbs age 75 of Pennington Gap, VA was born September 16, 1946 in Galveston, TX and passed away July 13, 2022 at Holston Valley Medical Center in Kingsport, TN. He was a Veteran of the US Airforce during Vietnam and a member of the Rose Hill First Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents Henry and Lillie Dubbs and one brother William Carpenter. He is survived by one son David Dubbs and wife, Katie of Ranger, TX. Mr. Dubbs will be cremated with a memorial service at a later date.
