Obituary Harold Stiltner age 74 of St. Charles, VA was born Monday, May 8, 1944 and passed away Sunday, April 28, 2019 at his home. He was preceded in death by his wife Edith Stiltner, son Harold B. Stiltner, daughter Paula Coleman, brothers John Charles and Sam Stiltner, and a sister Nellie Rose. Harold is survived by his companion, best friend and caregiver Charlotte Blevins, two daughters Judy Elswick and husband, Wayne of Vansant, VA, Donna Layne of Oakwood, VA, six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, two brothers William 'Edward' Stiltner and wife, Betsy of Vansant, VA and Ralph Stiltner of Grundy, VA, three sisters Mary Jackson of Cicero, IL, Bell Cooper of Nevada and Helen Looney of Grundy, VA. Visitation will be from 12:00 until 2:00 PM Wednesday May 1, 2019 at the Province Funeral Home in Pennington Gap, VA. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM with Pastor Ira Clark officiating.
