Geneva Lee Williams Moore age 71 was born in Hancock County, TN on Friday, October 22, 1943 and went to be with the Lord on Sunday, August 16, 2015 at the Holston Valley Medical Center in Kingsport, TN. She was a homemaker and had been baptized at age 12 and was of the Baptist Faith. She was a former member of the Wolfenbarger Baptist Church, Fleenor Town Baptist Church and White Shoals Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents Obie Lester and Pearlie Mae Williams, two sisters Lorene Williams Gollahon and Jeanette Williams Livesay and one grandchild. Geneva is survived by her husband of 49 years, Charley Cecil Moore of Rose Hill, VA, two sons Darrell Williams and wife, Brenda of Hancock County, TN and Charles 'Chuck' Moore and wife, Michelle of Rose Hill, VA, two daughters Vickie L. Moore Brown and husband, Terry of Rose Hill, VA and Wendy R. Moore of Rose Hill, VA. She is also survived by a step-son James 'Jim' E. Moore of Rose Hill, VA, a step-daughter Judy E. Moore Collins of Rose Hill, VA, one sister Vivian 'Bub' Williams Young of Jonesville, VA and 13 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be held at 8:00 pm Tuesday, August 18, 2015 at the Province Funeral Home Sanctuary in Jonesville, VA with Rev. Allen Collins officiating. Visitation will be from 6:00 pm Tuesday until the time of the service. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am Wednesday at the Hamblen Cemetery in Rose Hill, VA. Family and friends are asked to meet at the funeral home at 10:00 am Wednesday to go to the cemetery.
