Obituary Freddy Lee Collins age 75 of Kingsport, TN and formerly of Lee County, VA passed away Thursday, April 19, 2018 at Lonesome Pine Hospital in Big Stone Gap, VA. He was preceded in death by his parents Bud and Ruby Collins. He is survived by five children Michael (Sharon) Collins of Charleston, SC, Doug Collins of Nashville, TN, Theresa (Donnie) Ray of Yuma, VA, Lisa (Todd) Depew of Colonial Heights, TN and Whitney Collins of Kingsport, TN, one brother Ronald Collins of Dryden, VA and one sister Mildred Collins Brewer of Jonesville, VA. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. A private graveside service will be held at Lee Memorial Gardens in Woodway, VA.
