Obituary Elwood C. Tester age 73 of Jonesville, VA was born June 15, 1947 in Pennington Gap, VA and passed away March 30, 2021 at the Mountain Home VA Center in Mountain Home, TN. He had been a Veteran for the US Army and a Nuclear engineer. He was preceded in death by his parents Gurney and Maude Tester, brothers Shelton, Harry, Daniel and Raymond Tester, sisters Ella Mae Patterson and Virginia Maddle. Elwood is survived by three brothers Charlie Tester of Dayton, OH, Richard Tester of Dayton, OH and William Tester of Pennington Gap, VA and one sister Geraldine Floyd of St. Charles, VA. Elwood C.
