Elizabeth 'Betty' (Komanecki) Holman
On April 5 2018 following a wonderful 90 years,'Betty' Holman passed to eternity.
Betty was born in Auburn, New York, the daughter of John and Mary (nee Simkulet)and later resided in Washington D.C. She met her husband of 68 years, James Edward when he was in the Air Force and she a government contract employee.They soon moved to Glen Burnie where they resided from 1950. Her life was dedicated to her husband, managing a home and raising her family;lifetime career.Though tending to others' needs brought her so much joy, Betty did have a favorite past time, her enjoyment of Orioles baseball.
She is survived by two loving daughters, Carol Diane O'Brocki and Barbara Kay Holman both of Glen Burnie. Betty is the beloved grandmother of Christopher James O'Brocki and is survived by one sibling her sister Vera Woodward and spouse Jim of Beacon Falls, Ct.
She will be sorely missed........
Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 PM Saturday, April 7, 2018 at the Fink Funeral Home in Glen Burnie, MD.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at Lee Memorial Gardens in Woodway, VA with Rev. Bob Richards officiating.
Family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery at 10:45 AM Tuesday for the service.
