Elizabeth Ruby Sue (Hall) Hines, 81, of Mooresville, Indiana, passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 4th, 2024. She was born on Monday, February 15th, 1943 in Jonesville, Virginia to the late Alonzo B. Hall and Sally Debord Hall. Elizabeth was a dedicated homemaker and beloved member of her community. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Along with her parents Elizabeth is preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Hines, Sr; her son, Christopher Hines; her brothers, Hans Hall, Tommy Hall, Dick Hall, Dale Hall, Rose Hall, and Bill Hall; her sisters, Wanda Fritz, Jeree Pendergraft, and Kaye Livesay.

Elizabeth is survived by her loving family, including her sons, Jimmy Hines, Jr. and Scott (wife, Regina) Hines both of Mooresville, Indiana; daughter, Robin (husband, Brian) Cheek of Indianapolis, Indiana; 9 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and extended family members.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm on Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at Pennington Gap Funeral Home followed by a Graveside Service at Millers Chapel Cemetery in Jonesville, Virginia at 12:30 pm. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
