Obituary Elizabeth "Libbie" Bertha Collins Allen was born on September 11,1962 in Norton, VA and passed away unexpectedly at her home in Jonesville, VA on Sunday, December 12, 2021. Libbie was preceded in death by her father James M.R. Collins. She is survived by her mother Roberta Collins of Pennington Gap, VA, her sons Robert Allen, Jason Allen and wife Elishia of Big Stone Gap, VA, her grandchildren whom she loved very much Kamrin Nicole Allen of Tazwell, TN, David "DJ" Ely Allen of Big Stone Gap, VA, her brothers Richard Collins of Pennington Gap, VA, Jimmy Collins of Jonesville, VA, David Collins and wife Tammy of South Carolina, and Scott Collins of Pennington Gap, VA, her sister Cyndy Jennings of Weber City, VA; many nieces and nephews, special friend Debbie Osborne and special nieces LeAnna and Amelia. A memorial service will be held for a beloved mother, daughter, sister and friend at 4:00 PM Monday, December 20,2021 at Province Funeral Home in Pennington Gap, VA with Rev.
