Obituary Edgar Gene Russell age 67 of Keokee, VA was born in Inman, VA on May 15, 1954 and passed away July 6, 2021 in Norton, VA. He was preceded in death by his parents Earl and Velma Russell, two brothers Earl and Darrell Russell and one sister Evelyn McCracken. Edgar is survived by his wife Debra Russell of the home, two daughters Kelli Holbrook of Big Stone Gap, VA and Chasity Carrera of Norton, VA, six grandchildren, two brothers Rick and Howard Russell both of Keokee, VA , four sisters Donna Smith and husband, Robert of Keokee, VA, Lori Garrett and husband, Rod of Keokee, VA, Sue Ratcliff and husband, Jeff of Keokee, VA and Lisa Lee of Keokee, VA.
