Obituary Dorothy Lorepha Patrick, age 97, of Pennington Gap, VA (the Woodway Community) passed away early Friday morning at the Lee Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was Born January 11, 1926 in Middlesboro KY the daughter of the late James Matthew and Mattie Almara Lawson Collins. She was the wife of the late David Patrick and was also preceded in death by a infant brother: David Collins. She was a longtime certified nurses assistant (CNA) and was of the Baptist faith. She is survived by her sister: Faye Davis, 1 nephew and 2 nieces along with two very special friends and caregivers: Deborah Aistrop and Sherry Middleton along with her friends at Lee Health and Rehabilitation Ceneter. Graveside services will be at 10:00 AM Monday, March 27, 2023 at the Powell Valley Cemetery, Dryden Loop, Dryden Virginia with Tom Williams, officiating Minister Presiding. It is requested that everyone attending meet at the cemetery at 9:50 AM. The family wishes to thank the Nurses and staff at Lee Health and Rehab for the care and love provided to Dorothy during her stay.
