Obituary Donald Wayne Harber age 81 of the Long Hollow Community in Pennington Gap, VA was born in Pennington Gap on November 22, 1938 and passed away April 27, 2020 in Norton, VA. He was a member of the Long Hollow Christian Church a farmer and retired from Virginia Department of Transportation. He was preceded in death by his parents Vernon and Viola Harber ; brother Bob Harber and brother-in-law Kenneth Russell. Donald is survived by his wife Barbara Harber of the home, two sons Mark Harber and wife, Cyndi, Donnie Harber and wife, Deborah all of the Long Hollow Community, one daughter Pennie Lamb and husband, Lee of Maryville, TN. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and three sisters Kay Helton and husband, Paul of Kingsport, TN, Joan Russell of Anderson, IN, Nancy Sergent and husband, Ben of Jonesville, VA a sister-in-law Jenean Harber of Noblesville, IN. At the request of Donald Wayne Harber he will be cremated with a burial at a later date at the home place in Long Hollow.
