Obituary Donald "Donnie" Ray Cloud, 71, passed away in his home in Slidell, LA on Monday, April 18, 2022. Donnie was born August 10th, 1950 in St Charles, VA. He was preceded in death by his mother Grace C Cloud-Belcher, stepfather Adrian "Pap" Belcher, father Lewis Muse, brother Shawn Belcher, son Donald Ray Cloud Jr., cousins Howard Gamble and Ralph Cloud, as well as several other family members. Donnie is survived by his loving wife Victoria E. Cloud of 9 years, former wife Gloria F. Cloud of 39 years, uncle Ronnie Muse, daughter Kristy L Cloud, granddaughter Fayonna D Wells, granddaughter Kiah L Cloud, grandson Donavan Q Cloud, grandson Asante A Green, sisters Joyce Lawliss, Carla Crowder and Ada Cook, and brother Timothy Belcher. Donnie was loved by many and made friends everywhere he went. He was an exceptional husband, father, grandfather, and friend. He was generous, adventurous and kind. Donnie will be missed but our memories of him will continue to put a smile on our faces for years to come. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM, followed by funeral services at 1:00 PM, at Province Funeral Home in Pennington Gap, VA on Monday, April 25, 2022. Burial will follow at Lee Memorial Gardens, 1986 Hickory Cir Rd, Pennington Gap, VA 24277.
