Obituary Diana Frances Robbins, age 68, born on June 24, 1951 to Ollie and Margaret Freeman, passed away peacefully at Lonesome Pine Hospital, Friday January 31, 2020. She was a life long resident of Lee County, VA. Diana loved the mountains, was an avid Ginseng hunter in the early fall and loved to hunt mushrooms when the rains started in the early spring. She was a wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was an incredible woman during her time on earth and will be missed by all. Diana married David Robbins on April 30, 1970 and had four children together, Melissa (Jeffrey) of Jacksonville, NC, Chris (Latasha) of Ashville, NC, Matthew (Sarah) of Pennington Gap, VA, and Mark (Misty) of Ocoonita, VA. She had 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Diana also had 15 brothers and sisters. Graveside services for Diana will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, February 5, 2020 with Rev. Jack Clark officiating in Lee Memorial Gardens in Woodway, VA.
