Deloris Peters age 94, passed away on Wednesday, August 7, 2024, at Lee Health and Rehab.

Deloris was born in Lee County, VA., the daughter of the late Daniel Ewing and Edith Payne Ewing.  She was preceded in death by her loving husband Ralph Peters; son, William David Peters; and brother, Andy Glen Ewing.

Left to cherish her memories are daughter-in-law, Sue Southern Peters; grandchildren, William Chad Peters (Mary), David Eric Peters (Jess Paymer), and Rachel Sewell Peters; seven great grandchildren; loving sister-in-law, Geraldine Ewing; nephews, Anthony Ewing (Cindy) and Jonathan Ewing.

A graveside service will be held Monday, August 12, 2024, 5:30 pm, at Lee Memorial Gardens, Woodway, VA, with Pastor Ed Murphy officiating. Family and friends will meet at the cemetery at 5:00 pm.
