Obituary Delmer R. Robbins, age 86, of Hillsboro, Ohio passed away Sunday December 29, 2019 at the Maple View Manor Nursing Home in Bainbridge, Ohio. He was born on June 18, 1933 in Pennington Gap, Virginia the son of the late Walter Tipp Robbins and Margaret (Kirk) Robbins. Delmer is survived by two sons, Donald Robbins of Hillsboro, Ohio and Randy (Bopha) Robbins of Cleves, Ohio; two grandchildren, Donnie Robbins, Nicole Robbins and a sister, Velma Cooper. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Gary Robbins; a granddaughter, Alexandria Robbins and twelve siblings. A memorial service and burial will take place at a later date at the convenience of the family. The Turner & Son Funeral Home and Crematory is serving the family.
