Obituary David Wendell Baldwin Sr. age 70, of St. Charles, VA was born Thursday, July 17, 1949 in Harlan, KY and passed away Thursday, February 6, 2020 at his home in St. Charles, VA. He was preceded in death by his wife Rosemary Baldwin and parents William and Daisy Baldwin. He is survived by two sons David Baldwin Jr. of the home and Matthew Baldwin of Duffield, VA; one brother Don Baldwin and wife Eula of Jonesville, VA; his nieces Jacqueline, Bridget, Gidget, Leah; one nephew Michael Baldwin; one granddaughter Paisley Stewart; and his cousin Clyde Hester and wife Freda of Baileyton, TN.
