David W. "Scooter" Baldwin Jr., 42, of Pennington Gap passed away Monday, October 9, 2023 at Lee County Community Hospital.

Scooter was born on April 29, 1981 in Big Stone Gap, Virginia to the late David and Rosemary Baldwin.

Scooter is survived by his brother, Matthew Baldwin; and a host of extended family and friends.

No formal services will be held for Scooter.

Donations may be made to the funeral home to help with final expenses.
