Dale Kennedy Jarnigan, 63, of Jonesville went to be with the Lord on Sunday, April 13, 2025 at his residence.

Dale was born on March 11, 1962 in Lee County to the late Earl and Jean Jarnigan. He was a lifelong resident of Lee County and of the Baptist faith.

Along with his parents he is preceded in death by his sister, Judy Dice.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 42 years, Linda Gail Jarnigan of the home; one son, Jason Jarnigan of the home; one sister, Jan England of Jonesville, VA; one nephew, Ethan Dice of Tazewell, TN; one niece, Brittany Jones of Pennington Gap, VA; mother in-law, Bobbie Mullins of Pennington Gap, VA; and many friends and relatives.

The family will receive friend from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM on Saturday, April 19, 2025 at Powell Valley Funeral Home. A celebration of life service will follow with John Britton and Pastor Doug Odle officiating.
