Obituary Cynthia Lee Burgan age 69 of Jonesville, VA was born October 1, 1953 in Michigan and passed away February 19, 2023 at her home. She was preceded in death by her parents Tipton and Rita Noe. Cynthia is survived by one son Greg Jaster of Belleville, IL, two daughters Jessica Jaster of Jonesville, VA and Kelly Skidmore of Denver, CO, one brother Tipton "Tippy" Noe, three sisters Linda Tawil, Barbara Golden, Cora McGynn and many other extended family and friends. A memorial service will be held at a1:00 PM Thursday, February 23, 2023 at the Ocoonita Freewill Baptist Church.
