Obituary Clarence Ray Daniels, 'Papaw', age 80, of Rose Hill, VA died Monday, October 19, 2020, at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born June 19, 1940 back in Possum Holler of Rose Hill, VA. He was preceded in death by his wife - Maranda Cleo Middleton Daniels, and daughter - Connie Rose Neary. Survivors include: granddaughters- Jennifer Neary (& Tim) Webb of Knoxville, Tracey Neary of Rose Hill; parallel granddaughter Noelia Dixon; great-grandchildren, Sean, Shane (& Makayla), Breanna, Tater, Isaiah, Roman, Alizabeth, great-great-grandchildren, Brody and Blakely 'Rosie Dosie' and a host of family and friends. Papaw was the rock of our family who kept us all in line and gave us his opinion (or as he liked to say 'just the facts') no matter if we asked or not. His absence will be reflected in our hearts and minds, and we will continually miss his tough love, contagious smiles, never-ending support. The family has chosen to have a private memorial.
