Obituary Cindy Lou Ridings age 63 of St. Charles, VA was born January 22, 1960 in Grand Rapids, MI and passed away February 5, 2023 at Lee County Community Hospital in Pennington Gap, VA. She was preceded in death by her husband Rex Herschel Ridings, parents Willis and Marjurie Kidd. Cindy is survived by daughters Samantha Ridings, Gracie Ridings, step-sons Aaron Ridings and Thomas Olson, one brother Mark Kidd and several extended family members of the Ridings and Kidd families.
