Charles Crit Woodard, age 70, of Elwood, IN, formerly of Pennington Gap, VA passed away on Friday, August 16th, 2024. He was born on Monday, June 28th, 1954 in Pennington Gap, Virginia.

Charles was preceded in death by his father, Robert Woodard, mother, Golden Crusenberry Woodard, and his beloved dog, Jake. He is survived by his loving family and friends.

A graveside service will be held at Crusenberry Cemetery in Keokee, VA on Friday, August 23rd, 2024 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Roland Bo Lee officiating. Those wishing to attend are asked to meet at the funeral home by 10:00 AM to go in procession to the cemetery. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
