Obituary Charlene Penley age 58 of Keokee, VA was born December 28, 1963 and passed away April 10, 2022. She was preceded in death her parents Charles C.F. Napier and Nancy Middleton, her late husband Stan Penley, one brother Elman Napier, one sister Claudine Hale. Charlene is survived by one son Billy Penley and wife Angela of Richmond, KY, one daughter Cissy Day of Harlan, KY and one step-son Jeremy Penley of Big Stone Gap, VA. one brother Charles Napier and wife Samantha of Smith, KY, one sister Lorena Roche of Jonesville, VA and one grandson Asher Day of Harlan, KY and many nieces , nephews aunts and uncles and many friends. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until 12:00 noon Friday, April 15, 2022 at Province Funeral Home in Pennington Gap, VA. A funeral service will be held at 12:00 noon Friday with Paul Davis, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow at Hensley Family Cemetery in Smith, KY family and friends will serve as pall bears .
