Charlene Joann (Miles) Dorman, 80, Broken Arrow, OK resident, formally of Lee County, VA passed away Friday, September 19, 2025.

She was born on December 14, 1944, to Clarence Roscoe Miles and Ollie Mae (Hand) Miles in Pennington Gap, Virginia.

Charlene is survived by her beloved husband, Charles Dorman of Broken Arrow, OK, her son, James Matthew Cox of Tulsa, OK, four brothers: Clarence Miles, Jr., Otis Miles, Jimmy Miles and Quention Miles all of Virginia, three sisters: Dorothy Miles, Artis Miles and Maude Collier all of Virginia and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Monday, September 29, 2025 from 10 AM until 11 AM at Powell Valley Funeral Home, 29521 Wilderness Road, Jonesville, VA 24263.

A funeral service will follow in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Doug Odell officiating. Burial will follow in the Miles Family Cemetery, 100 Greenleaf Lane, Jonesville, VA
