Obituary Chad Curtis Elliott age 40 previously of Pennington Gap, VA was born December 2, 1980 in Big Stone Gap, VA and departed this walk of life on November 12, 2021 in Kingsport, TN. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Curtis and Betty Miles, and Albert Elliott Sr. He is survived by his mother Deborah Elliott of the home and his father Albert Elliott of Kingsport, TN he also leaves behind 3 sons Chad Elliott, Jordan Elliott, Isaiah Elliott one brother Kevin Elliott and fiance Pamela Hartsock of Kingsport, TN and his grandmother Geneva Elliott and many nieces, nephews cousins and friends. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM Tuesday, November 16, 2021 at Province Funeral Home in Pennington Gap, VA. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM Tuesday with Jerry Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Lee Memorial Gardens in Woodway, VA.
