Cathy Lynn Collins Stapleton age 63 of Pennington Gap, VA was born Sunday, January 3, 1954 in Lee County, VA and passed away Sunday, October 1, 2017 at the Lonesome Pine Hospital in Big Stone Gap, VA. She was a homemaker, had worked as a clerical assistant and was of the Pentecostal Faith. She was preceded in death by two sons David Fleenor and Brad Fleenor and her father Herbert Collins. Cathy is survived by her husband Kenny Stapleton of the home, her mother Imogene Collins of Pennington Gap, VA, one brother Jerry Collins and wife, Michelle of Radford, VA, one sister Patty Collins of Panama City, FL, ten grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and four nieces. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM Sunday, October 8, 2017 at the Province Funeral Home Sanctuary in Pennington Gap, VA with Jerry Collins officiating.
