Carolyn Sue Williams, 53, of Jonesville passed away on Saturday, October 26, 2024.

Carolyn was born on May 14, 1971 in Rockville, Maryland. Carolyn worked as an accountant for several years. She was a loving mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend.

Carolyn is preceded in death by her father, Tommy Williams; sister, Karen Lee Williams.

Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Rachel Dean (Austin) of Jonesville; sons, Dillon Higgins (Brittany) of Kingsport, Michael Higgins of Kingsport, and Brett Bledsoe (Ashley) of Maryland; grandchildren, Hunter Dean, Raylee Nida, Ansley Dean, Oakleigh Higgins, Jeremiah Palmer, Colton Bledsoe, and Kadence Bledsoe; parents, Linda and Jimmy Williams of Jonesville; sisters, April Ledford (Derrick) of Jonesville, Shelly Williams of Pennington Gap, and Tina Phillips of North Carolina; along with several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturday, November 2, 2024 at Powell Valley Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow with Pastor Steve Neff officiating.

A committal service will follow at Bethel Church Cemetery with Pastor Steve Neff officiating. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
