Carolyn Delores Taylor, 71, of Ben Hur, Virginia, entered into the arms of Jesus on Sunday, October 25, 2026 at Ridgecrest Manor in Duffield Virginia.

Born January 17, 1955 in Hendersonville, North Carolina, she was a daughter of the late Leonard C. amd Barbara Virginia Stamey Sprouse.

In addition to her parents, Carolyn was preceded in death by her husband, Grover Milton Taylor, Sr and a granddaughter, Tamara Lynn Roberts,

Survivors include her son, Grover M. Taylor, Jr. of Kingsport, TN; daughters, Angela Teaster (Don) of Dandridge, TN and Virginia Roberts (Chris Brewer) of Pennington Gap, VA; brother, David Kevin Stamey (Brenda) of Pennington Gap; sister, Rebecca Holloway (Bill) of Pennington Gap, VA; seven grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren.

In keeping with Carolyn's wishes, there will be no formal services at the funeral home.
