Obituary Brenda Evelyn Seiber age 78 Pennington Gap, VA was born July 19, 1942 in Keokee, VA and passed away April 25, 2021 in Big Stone Gap, VA. She was preceded in death by her parents Elmer and Margaret Fleenor, her husband Farris Seiber, one son Todd Seiber, one grandson Jon Carson. She is survived by one son Scott Seiber of Pound, VA, two daughters Vicki Gibson and husband Rick of Pennington Gap, VA Julia Carter and husband Jason of Rickman, TN and numerous brothers and sisters, 21 grandchildren ,12 great-grandchildren and many family and friends in the Lee County community. Visitation will be from 12:00 until 1:00 PM Friday, April 30, 2021 at Province Funeral Home in Pennington Gap, VA. The funeral service will be at 1:00 PM Friday with Paul Davis, Jr. officiating.
