Obituary Billy Ray Martin 58 from Willowick, OH passed away suddenly March 5, 2019. He was born in Harlan, KY, and raised in St. Charles, VA. Billy loved spending time with his family, enjoyed cookouts with friends, traveling, gambling and camping. He was a loving husband to Tammy Martin, loving father to Jerry (Jen) Martin of Fairport, OH, Coty (Elizabeth) Martin of Painesville Township, OH, and Billy Fairman of Phoenix, AZ. He was a proud papa of Bryson Martin, brother to Wanda (Randall) McKnight of Jonesville, VA, Gloria (Jack) Tkautz of Palm Bay, FL, Linda (Jerry) Coleman of Jonesville, VA, Katie (Dan) Kirkland of Painesville Township, OH, Becky Martin of Willowick, OH, Shane (Julie) Martin of Duffield, VA, and Terry Bolling of Jonesville, VA. He had many nieces and nephews. Billy was preceded in death by his father Clyde Martin, mother Betty Martin, brothers Jerry and Rick Martin, and a sister Brenda Hughes Bolling. Family will receive friends from 4:00 to 5:00 PM Sunday, March 10, 2019 at the Province Funeral Home in Pennington Gap, VA. Funeral service will be held at 5:00 PM Sunday with Brother Bruce Brewer officiating. The graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Monday at Lee Memorial Gardens in Woodway, VA. Family and friends are asked to meet at the funeral home at 10:30 AM to go to the cemetery.
