Billie Jean Fultz, 82, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at Johnston Memorial Hospital in Abingdon, Virginia.

Billie was born on June 2, 1943 to the late George and Josephine Osborne.

Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by several brothers and sisters; and a daughter in law, Bonnie Fultz.

Those left to cherish her memory is her husband, Joseph Fultz; two sons, Joseph Fultz Jr., and Chad Fultz (Liz); two daughters, Fern Daniels (Tim) and Sheila Wynn (Anthony); grand children, Joseph, Jennifer, Craig, Chelsie, John Mark, Micah, Chad Lee, and Charles; as well as 16 great grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, February 5, 2026, at 1:00 pm at Pennington Memorial Cemetery with Pastor Anthony Wynn officiating. Family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery by 12:45 pm,
