Obituary Bertha Ann Cupp age 64 of Duffield, VA was born March 25, 1958 in Harlan, KY and passed away December 5, 2022 at Heritage Hall in Big Stone Gap, VA. She was preceded in death by her husband James Cupp, her life companion Robert Turner, parents Daniel and Margaret Howard, one sister Macy Howard and one brother Carl Howard. Bertha is survived by two sons Robert Turner, Jr. of St. Charles, VA, James Cupp and wife, Dana of Stickleyville, VA, one daughter Decie Webb and husband, Donnie of St. Charles, VA, nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren, one brother Larry Howard, five sisters Roxie, Leota, Ginger, Margaret and Robin.
