Obituary Barbara Ann Cope King took her heavenly flight home on Friday, June 4, 2021. She was born April 6, 1957 to Starling and Ruth Cope. She attended Silver Leaf Baptist Church and had accepted Christ as her Savior as a young adult. Barbara is preceded in death by her father, Starling Cope. She is survived by her loving and caregiving mother, Ruth Cope. Her sons, whom she loved and adored, Michael King and Mark King and her grandchildren, Casey King and Steven King, who she loved with all her heart. She is also survived by her siblings, Linda (Eddie) Matlock, Gary Cope, Deborah Clouse, Darrell "Duck"(Susan) Cope, Janet (Johnny) Ayers and several nieces and nephews. Services will be on Tuesday, June 8 at Province Funeral Home in Jonesville, VA. Visitation will be 12:00-1:00 pm and services at 1:00 pm with Rev. Tim Varnadore and Rev. Bryan Gunter officiating.
