Obituary Barbara Jean (Allen) Standifer, age 68, of Rose Hill, VA passed away peacefully at her home on September 19th, 2020. She was preceded in death by her father Paul Eugene Allen and her mother Anna Mae Allen; sister Earnestine Martin; brother Paul Henry Allen; daughter-in-law Michelle Standifer; grandson Bradley Ray Standifer. She is survived by her husband William Ray Standifer, Sr. Of the home; three sons William Ray Standifer, Jr. (Amanda Seale) of Mooresburg, TN, Paul Gilliam (Debbie), James Standifer (Sarah) all of Jonesville, VA; three daughters Robin Roberson of Norfolk, VA, Deanna Graham (Gene) of Rose Hill, VA, Christina Standifer (Bruce Brewer Jr.) of Jonesville, VA; grandchildren Briana Standifer, Justin Graham, Andy Gilliam, Wesley Gilliam, Ezell Roberson, and Lucas Standifer; her sisters Deborah Gene Mize (Harold) of Rose Hill, VA, Naomi Allen (Gary) of Maryland, and Thelma Allen (Thomas) Maryland; brothers Bobby Allen of Woodway, VA, Charles Allen (Sandy) of Woodway, VA, and Paul Eugene Allen, Jr. of Maryland; a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Visitation will be Wednesday, September 23, 2020 from 5-7 p.m. at the chapel of Province Funeral Home of Jonesville, VA. Services will follow at 7 p.m. with Pastor Steve Neff officiating.
